Admissions

TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR FUTURE

STEPS FOR ADMISSION:

  • Everyone is invited to attend an Information Session where you will receive a more thorough overview of the YouthBuild Lake County programs. Information Sessions are held every Monday from 1-2pm in an online (virtual) meeting. You will receive information about the meeting after completing the form below.
  • After attending the Information Session, we ask you to take a basic skills test which helps us measure where you are academically. You will also participate in an interview where you and a staff member plan for your success here at YouthBuild Lake County, and a Career Assessment where we help you understand what career options best fit your personality.
  • After those steps are complete, you could be invited to participate in our Mental Toughness program–– a two-week period where we see who will benefit from our program. This is a competitive process!
